Training Plans

These training plans are based on the training plan I followed to finish my first Ironman 70.3 Muskoka. While I only trained for 10 weeks, I now know that it is not ideal. 18 weeks is perfect for most normal adults like me with family and work getting in the way sometimes.  For my second 70.3, I pulled together information from other training plans and put it in a simplified format for normal people to follow. If you are looking to finish your first 70.3, Olympic or Sprint, you can use these guides as a foundation for your training plan. I worked with a few coaches and experts in all three disciplines to try and give you the best plan possible. The most important thing is to have a plan, even if you don't follow it exactly.
